second draft of my music magazine

Looking at my second draft, I feel more needs to be imporved to attract my audience. I am happy with the progress so far but i could take it up another level and really try to make to more appealing! I may change the colours scheme to pink rather than red, but before this I will experiment further on different colours that may relate with my group.

This was the first draft of my front cover of my music magazine. Personally the most attractive feature from my front cover is the image itself. The image connects to the audience. The eyes are striking ocean blue which are looking directly at the audience, whilst everything else is black and white. I decided to edit the eyes for the dramatic effect and to draw the audience to reading my magazine. My magazine needed a pop of colour, and so I made the title bright red, which relates to my research as we found out that the most used and attracting colour was red. The model used on my front cover is a young female because I wanted both males and females to appreciate her, my model is very attractive to the opposite sex because of her beauty. When I was taking the pictures of my model, I directed her movement and facial expressions which I personally think I have cleverly done because the male audience can relate to her sexually because she is very attractive but also the female audience can relate to her because of her beauty and confidence. My image/model can also have a strong effect to the young audience as a role model in the music industry.
